The goal for OHA was to deliver a member-focused website that was easy to use and easy to maintain.
As a result Delphia delivered a site organized around user-communities and issues. For example, a hosptial finance mananger uses the Finance Community page to find the latest finance news, issues, announcments and more, all in one place. Other pages like the Medicaid Issue page act as the centeral source for information for that issue.
The site was built using the SR2 Content Management System, making it easy for OHA staff to create and update content.
